1 · Overview1 · 总览

GuitarMetro is a metronome built for serious practice: each bar is rendered into the audio stream and looped by the audio engine for consistent timing during practice. The app has two main tabs: GuitarMetro 是为认真练琴而做的节拍器：每个小节会合成进音频流，并由音频引擎循环播放，为练习提供稳定一致的节拍。应用有两个主页签：

• Fixed Tempo 固定速度 — the main metronome page (opens by default).主节拍器页（启动默认页）。
• Tempo Trainer 变速训练 — automatic speed-ramping practice sessions.自动爬速的变速训练。

The full-screen Tuner opens from the headstock button at the lower right. The bottom bar stays fixed while the page content follows your swipe. Fixed Tempo stops and switches directly. During an active Tempo Trainer session, switching first pauses it and asks for confirmation: end and switch to reset the session, or stay to resume after a one-measure count-in. The in-app guide (☰ → User guide) covers the same ground as this page. 全屏调音器从右下角琴头按钮打开。页面内容跟手滑动时，底部快捷栏保持不动。 固定速度会直接停止并切换；变速训练进行中切页会先暂停并询问： 结束并切换会重置本次训练，选择留在训练则先数一小节预备拍再继续。应用内也有一份说明（☰ → 使用说明），内容与本页一致。

2 · BPM & the LED dial2 · BPM 与 LED 表盘

TAP tempo测速

Tap the TAP button in time with the music. The app averages your most recent taps (up to the last 5) and sets the BPM. If you pause for more than 2 seconds, measurement resets and starts fresh. At least 2 taps are needed. 跟着音乐节奏点按 TAP 键，应用取最近的敲击（最多 5 次）求平均并设为当前 BPM。停顿超过 2 秒自动重新测量；至少需要敲 2 次。

Beat ring节拍环

The outer ring splits into one segment per beat. The current beat glows as it travels; downbeat segments stay lit in pale blue-white. During a count-in, or on the last measure of a trainer stage, the whole ring turns orange. 外圈按拍数切分，当前拍的光斑流转经过，强拍段常亮淡蓝白。预备拍期间、以及变速训练每档的最后一小节，整环转为橙色。

Fixed Tempo deliberately keeps a simple Play / Stop transport: pressing the centered button while it is running stops the session. Pause / Resume is reserved for Tempo Trainer, where progress and remaining time need to be preserved. 固定速度刻意保持最清晰的“播放 / 停止”逻辑： 播放中再次点击中央按钮即结束本次播放。暂停 / 继续仅用于需要保留进度与剩余时间的变速训练。

3 · Time signatures & beat accents3 · 拍号与逐拍重音

Open the meter panel from the bottom quick bar. 15 time signatures are available (default 4/4): 从底部快捷栏打开拍号面板，共 15 种拍号（默认 4/4）：

Compound meters come with musically sensible secondary accents out of the box — e.g. 12/8 accents beats 1 · 4 · 7 · 10, and 7/8 accents 1 · 4 · 6. 复合拍自带符合乐理的次强拍——如 12/8 默认在第 1·4·7·10 拍，7/8 在第 1·4·6 拍。

Per-beat accents (Groove)逐拍重音（律动）

In the meter panel, tap any beat dot to cycle its level: 在拍号面板中点按任意拍点，循环切换该拍的强弱级别： accent → secondary → normal → mute强 → 次强 → 普通 → 静音.

• Accent — accent timbre at full volume.强拍——重拍音色、全音量。
• Secondary — accent timbre at 55% volume.次强拍——重拍音色、55% 音量。
• Normal — weak-beat timbre.普通拍——轻拍音色。
• Mute (red ×) — silences only that beat; subdivisions keep playing through it.静音（红色 ×）——只静音该拍本身，细分声部照常发声。

"Reset all" restores the meter's default accent map. Changing the time signature also resets accents to that meter's defaults. Your accent map is saved with presets. 「全部恢复默认」还原该拍号的默认重音；切换拍号也会重置为新拍号的默认值。逐拍重音会随预设一起保存。

4 · Subdivisions4 · 细分

Each beat can be subdivided into equal clicks played by the dedicated subdivision voice. 8 options (default: quarter notes = no subdivision): 每一拍可等分为若干下，由独立的细分声部发声。共 8 种（默认四分音符 = 不细分）：

The quick-bar button shows the current meter, with the subdivision symbol beneath it whenever something other than quarter notes is selected. The ⟲ button in the panel resets to 4/4 · quarter notes (and turns swing off). 快捷栏按钮键面显示当前拍号，选了非四分音符时在下方显示细分符号。面板中的 ⟲ 一键回到 4/4 · 四分音符（同时关闭 Swing）。

5 · Swing5 · 摇摆 Swing

Swing delays every off-beat subdivision click to create shuffle feel. Toggle it at the top of the meter panel; downbeats always stay on the grid. Swing 会推迟每个反拍细分的时值形成摇摆律动。开关在拍号面板顶部；正拍永远保持在网格上。

• Ratio: 50–75%, default 2/3 (66.7%, the classic shuffle). Magnetic snap at 50% and 2/3.比例：50–75%，默认 2/3（66.7%，经典 Shuffle）；在 50% 与 2/3 处有磁性吸附。
• Detent chips: Straight 50% · Light 58% · Shuffle 2/3 · Hard 75%.快捷档：平直 50% · 轻摇 58% · 三连 Shuffle 2/3 · 硬摇 75%。
• Compatibility: swing needs eighth or sixteenth subdivisions. Enabling it on anything else auto-switches to eighths (your previous choice is remembered and restored when swing turns off); while on, incompatible wheel entries grey out.兼容性：Swing 需要八分或十六分细分。在其他细分下开启会自动切到八分（原选择被记住，关闭 Swing 后恢复）；开启期间不兼容的细分项变灰不可选。

6 · Sounds & volume6 · 音效与音量

Three independent voices, each with its own timbre (☰ drawer → Click sounds, with instant preview) and its own volume (quick bar → Volume): 三个独立声部，各自可选音色（☰ 抽屉 → 音效，选择即试听）和独立音量（快捷栏 → 音量）：

The 5 timbres, all parametrically synthesized (no samples):5 种音色，全部参数化合成（无采样素材）：

• High beep (1760 Hz) · Mid beep (1175 Hz) · Low beep (880 Hz) — clean sine bursts.高音哔（1760 Hz）·中音哔（1175 Hz）·低音哔（880 Hz）——干净的正弦短音。
• Woodblock — 760 + 1900 Hz, fast decay.木鱼——760 + 1900 Hz，快速衰减。
• Tick — noise burst + 2600 Hz.嗒嗒——噪声脉冲 + 2600 Hz。

Volume model音量模型

• Master volume — stepless, applies globally and instantly (even mid-training).总音量——无级，全局实时生效（训练中也可即时调）。
• Per-voice volumes — 10 steps each; drag to zero to mute that voice.分声部音量——各 10 格；拖到底即静音该声部。

7 · Presets7 · 预设

The fixed bottom bar has one Presets button. It follows the selected tab and opens 5 independent slots for that page: 固定底栏只有一个预设按钮，会跟随当前页签打开该页面独立的 5 个槽位：

• Fixed Tempo preset stores: BPM, time signature, subdivision, swing on/off + ratio, per-beat accent map.固定速度预设保存：BPM、拍号、细分、Swing 开关与比例、逐拍重音。
• Trainer preset stores: duration, start BPM, target BPM, smoothness.训练预设保存：时长、起始速度、目标速度、平滑度。
• Row actions: tap a row = load · 💾 = save / overwrite · 🗑 = delete.操作：点行 = 读取 · 💾 = 保存/覆盖 · 🗑 = 删除。

8 · Tempo Trainer8 · 变速训练

The trainer ramps the tempo automatically from a start BPM to a target BPM over a chosen duration — ideal for building speed gradually. 变速训练在设定时长内自动把速度从起始 BPM 爬升到目标 BPM——循序渐进提速的利器。

How stages are computed档位如何计算

• Smoothness maps to the BPM increment per stage: fully stepped = +10 BPM per stage, fully smooth = +1 BPM per stage (range +1…+10).平滑度决定每档增幅：最阶梯 = 每档 +10 BPM，最平滑 = 每档 +1 BPM（范围 +1…+10）。
• The total duration is split evenly across stages, then each stage is rounded to whole measures — speed changes always land exactly on a measure boundary.总时长均分到各档后按整小节取整——变速永远精确落在小节线上。
• Each speed change is preceded by a one-measure count-in at the new tempo (not counted into the duration; skipped seamlessly if count-in is off).每次变速前先以新速度数一小节预备拍（不计入时长；关闭预备拍则无缝衔接）。

During training训练进行中

• Progress ring dial: the inner ring fills clockwise with overall session progress; the center shows start → target, the current BPM large, and the per-stage increment.进度环表盘：内环顺时针填充整体训练进度；中心显示 起始 → 目标、当前速度大字和每档增幅。
• Stage line: "Stage 3/12 · 2 left" plus a measure countdown like 5/32; on the last measure of a stage the ring and countdown turn orange.档位行：如「第 3/12 档 · 剩余 2」加小节倒计时 5/32；每档最后一小节整环与倒计时转橙。
• Locked during a run: time signature, subdivision, presets and the plan itself. Still adjustable: master volume (instant), per-voice volumes and timbres (apply from the next measure).训练中锁定：拍号、细分、预设与训练方案本身。仍可调：总音量（即时）、分声部音量与音色（下一小节头生效）。
• Pause / Resume: the main button switches between Pause and Resume while preserving the current stage and remaining time; a smaller red Stop button appears to its right for ending and resetting the run. Resume always plays one preparation measure at the current tempo, then continues from a new measure.暂停 / 继续：训练开始后主按钮在暂停与继续之间切换，保留当前档位与剩余时间；右侧会出现较小的红色停止键，用于结束并重置训练。继续时固定先以当前速度数一小节预备拍，再从新小节恢复。
• When time is up it doesn't stop by default: a completion note pops up (auto-dismisses in 5 s) and the metronome holds the final tempo until you stop it manually. Turn off Keep clicking after finish in ☰ to stop right on time instead.时间到默认不停拍：弹出 5 秒自动消失的完成提示，节拍器保持最终速度直到手动停止；在 ☰ 里关闭「练完继续响」则到时即停。

9 · Count-in9 · 预备拍

Default on (☰ drawer → Count-in). Before playback starts, before every trainer speed change, and before resuming from Pause, the app counts one measure at the target or current tempo with a distinct low click. The big BPM number blinks once per beat and turns orange, and the beat ring turns orange, so you always know it's a count-in and not the real thing. 默认开启（☰ 抽屉 → 预备拍）。开始播放、变速训练换速、或从暂停继续前，会先以目标或当前速度用独立的低音咔声数一小节。期间 BPM 大字随拍闪烁并变橙、节拍环整体转橙，一眼可辨是预备拍而非正式节拍。

10 · Beat flash10 · 爆闪

• Default off (☰ drawer → Beat flash). When on, the LED glow surges at each beat onset and decays over 0.12 s — downbeats at full intensity, other beats at 60%.默认关闭（☰ 抽屉 → 爆闪）。开启后灯光光晕在每拍起点骤亮、0.12 秒内衰减——重拍全亮，其他拍 60%。
• Sub-option "Flash on downbeat only" (default off) limits the surge to downbeats.子开关「仅重拍爆闪」（默认关）——只在重拍骤亮。
• No flashing during count-ins.预备拍期间不爆闪。

11 · Tuner11 · 调弦

A reference-tone tuner (it plays notes for you to match by ear — it does not use the microphone). Open it full-screen from the headstock button at the lower right, then pick instrument → string count → tuning; tap a peg on the visual headstock to hear that string, modeled with Karplus-Strong plucked-string synthesis per instrument. The tone repeats every 3.5 seconds until you tap again. Selections persist across launches. 参考音式调弦（播放标准音让你用耳朵对齐——不使用麦克风拾音）。从右下角琴头按钮全屏打开，然后选乐器 → 弦数 → 调弦类型；在可视化琴头上点弦钮即听该弦参考音，音色按乐器用 Karplus-Strong 拨弦建模合成。参考音每 3.5 秒自动重复，再点一次停止。所有选择自动记忆。

• Opening / closing: opening the Tuner stops Fixed Tempo or pauses an active Trainer. Close with X to keep tuner selections; Esc closes and restores the selections from before opening. Metronome playback never resumes by itself after closing.打开 / 关闭：打开调音器会停止固定速度，或暂停正在进行的变速训练。点 X 关闭会保留调音选择；按 Esc 关闭会恢复打开前的选择。关闭后节拍器不会自行恢复。
• Reference pitch (A4): 432 / 434 / 436 / 438 / 439 / 440 / 441 / 442 / 443 / 444 / 445 / 446 Hz, default 440. Changing it while a string sounds replays instantly at the new pitch.基准音（A4）：432 / 434 / 436 / 438 / 439 / 440 / 441 / 442 / 443 / 444 / 445 / 446 Hz，默认 440。发声中切换基准音会立即以新音高重弹。
• Headstock view: one peg per string (low strings left, high right, like a real 3+3 headstock); peg faces show note name + string number; the sounding string glows cyan and pulses white; the info line shows e.g. E2 · 82.4 Hz.琴头视图：一颗弦钮一根弦（低音在左、高音在右，如真实 3+3 琴头）；钮面标注音名+弦号；发声弦青色点亮并白光脉冲；底部信息行显示如 E2 · 82.4 Hz。

12 · Practice timer & stats12 · 练琴计时与统计

The timer runs automatically while the app is open — nothing to press. The LED pill at the left of the quick bar shows this session's time (H:MM); tap it for the stats panel. 打开应用即自动计时，无需任何操作。快捷栏左端的 LED 药丸块显示本次练琴时长（H:MM），点开查看统计面板。

• Anti-idle: after 88.8 minutes with no activity (and nothing playing) a "Still practicing?" dialog appears; if unanswered for 5 minutes, the idle time is rolled back out of your log and the timer pauses. Any click or keypress resumes it.防挂机：88.8 分钟无操作（且未在播放）会弹出「还在练吗？」；5 分钟内未回应则回滚挂机时长并暂停计时，任何点击/按键自动恢复。
• Stats panel: This session · Today · This week · This month · Daily average (only days with ≥1 min count) · Streak (consecutive days with ≥1 min).统计面板：本次练琴 · 今天 · 本周 · 本月 · 本月日均（仅计 ≥1 分钟的天）· 连续打卡（连续 ≥1 分钟的天数）。
• Details page: switch between Year / Month / Week. All views show period total · days practiced · daily average (M | H). Year plots each natural week's daily average as points, Month plots each day, and Week marks its longest day with the exact duration. ◀ ▶ browses earlier periods; dates that have not happened yet are never included.详细页：可切换年 / 月 / 周，三种视图都显示周期累计 · 练琴天数 · 每日平均（M | H）。年图按自然周的每日均值打点，月图按天显示，周图会标出最长一天及具体时长；◀ ▶ 浏览历史周期，尚未到达的日期永不计入统计。
• Your history is safe: practice logs are stored per year, separately from settings — "Reset to defaults" never touches them.历史数据安全：练琴日志按年独立存储，与设置无关——「恢复默认设置」不会清除。

• Fixed window: 640 × 780, centered, not resizable.固定窗口：640 × 780，居中，不可缩放。
• 📌 Always on top: keeps the window above everything; remembered across launches.📌 窗口置顶：保持窗口最前，重启后记忆。
• Mini window: the picture-in-picture button shrinks the app in place into a frameless 360 × 150 always-on-top widget. Fixed Tempo shows Play / Stop; Tempo Trainer shows Play / Pause / Stop plus stage, remaining measures and a thin progress bar. Drag anywhere to move it; the mouse wheel adjusts Fixed Tempo by ±1 BPM; ⤢ restores the size and position from before entering mini mode.浮窗模式：画中画按钮会在原位置把应用缩成 360 × 150 的无边框置顶挂件。固定速度显示播放 / 停止；变速训练显示播放 / 暂停 / 停止，并附档位、剩余小节和细进度条。任意位置可拖动，滚轮调节固定速度 ±1 BPM；点 ⤢ 恢复进入浮窗前的尺寸与坐标。

On mobile, the screen stays awake automatically while the metronome is playing. 移动端则在节拍器播放期间自动保持屏幕常亮。

15 · Options drawer (☰)15 · 选项抽屉（☰）

Top-right ☰, top to bottom:右上角 ☰，自上而下：

• User guide — the in-app version of this manual.使用说明——本说明书的应用内版本。
• Click sounds — timbre pickers for the three voices, with instant preview.音效——三个声部的音色选择，选择即试听。
• Beat flash + Flash on downbeat only.爆闪 + 仅重拍爆闪。
• Count-in toggle.预备拍开关。
• Keep clicking after finish toggle (Tempo Trainer, default on).练完继续响开关（变速训练用，默认开）。
• Reset to defaults — returns metronome settings to factory state (BPM 120, 4/4, quarter notes, swing off, default sounds and volumes, count-in on, flash off…) and clears presets. 16 · Saving, languages & privacy16 · 保存、语言与隐私

• Automatic saving with safe cancel — main-screen changes are saved automatically and restored on next launch. Editable panels preview changes live; OK / Enter (or normal close where no OK exists) commits them, while Esc restores the values from before the panel opened.自动保存与安全取消——主界面修改会自动保存并在下次启动恢复；可编辑面板会实时预览，OK / Enter（无 OK 时正常关闭）提交，Esc 则恢复打开面板前的数据。
• Zero data collection — no analytics, no ads, no accounts, no network requests in normal use. Everything stays on your device. See the full privacy policy.零数据收集——无统计、无广告、无账号，正常使用不发起任何网络请求，一切数据只在你的设备上。详见隐私政策。
